Here is the Central Noble Athletic July 2020 Calendar
This calendar contains both Strength and Conditioning as well as Activity times for each team.
Phase 1 Rules (July 6-July 18):
Strength and Conditioning can be done up to 4 times a week per athlete with each session being less than 2 hours
Sport Specific Activities can be done up to 2 times a week per team with each session being less than 3 hours
Athletes must be on campus less than 15 total hours during Phase 1
