The Central Noble Cougars traveled to Brushy Prairie to play the Prairie Heights Panthers on Tuesday night. As always, the game was highly contested matchup that swung back and forth before the Cougars could pull away in the fourth quarter.
The Cougars had contributions from everyone on the team, led statistically by Simeon Gard with 13 points, 8 rebounds, and a block. Kyle Knafel scored 7 points, 6 rebounds, and assist and a steal. Nick Freeman with 5 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 steals. Keegan Knight scored 3 points on a much needed 3 pointer in the 3rd quarter. Trey Shisler(Swiss army knife) scored 3 points, dished out 4 assists, 2 rebounds, and a steal. Hunter Halsey scored 2 points, grabbed a rebound and played some really good defensive minutes.
The Cougars move to 10-2 on the season, traveling again tonight for their 3rd game of the week visiting the Lakeland Lakers for a 5pm tip-off. Go Cougars!
